Shipping & Guarantee

1) Product Quality Guarantee:
If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, we promises that you may return it, receive a full refund, and that the return shipping fee will be paid by the seller. Or, you can choose to keep the product and agree the refund amount. For damaged product, see below.

2) Damaged Product Guarantee:
- 50% refund on minor damaged products
- Full refund on major damaged products

Note:
- Proof of damaged goods to be provided to contact@travelnuts.co within 7 days after you receive the products.
- Most damages are caused by the delivery process but don't worry! we always try our best to improve the packaging to ensure that your order will be delivered safely.

3) Delivery Guarantee
- If you do not receive your purchase within 60 days, you can ask for a full refund.
- Full refund on products which get lost in transit (no recent delivery updates + delivery exceeds two months)

4) Order Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests after 24 hours wil be subject to $15 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
