How do I Check the Status of My Order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.

After an order has been placed.  It's immediately sent to one of our fulfilment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days.  Below are the expected delivery times.

Please Note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalo, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. (1-3 days)
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
    • International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
    • US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a USPS service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. (Please note that orders outside the US will take a bit longer)

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the day of original purchase. contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

Note: This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) (i.e. failing to provide phone number for us to contact you about shipping issues,or missed parcel deliveries.)

Do You Deliver Products Internationally?

Travel Nuts ship A LOT of products worldwide each day.  Our fulfilment centers are based in China, where we filter out low-quality products and only offer you well-made products with a reasonable price.  We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I've Placed An Order With Multiple Items Recently, Can I Combine Them Into One Package?

Since we have 4 different warehouses across China, we don't have all of our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item might be shipped separately.  So you will probably receive different items at a different time.  Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they will all get to you! :)

In the future, we plan to consolidate our warehouses so that in the future, you will be receiving multiple items in one package.  That way, you can save even more money!  So hang in there!

I've Put A Wrong Shipping Address and/or Pick A Wrong Size/Variant! Can I Change It?

If this happens to you, email us at contact@travelnuts.co as soon as possible.  We MIGHT be able to take care of it.  However, we can't promise anything as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after.  If your order has already entered the shipping process, we wont be able to stop it.  However, contact us anyway, we still care and we will try to make it right for you.  We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
